Meeting Room Policies and Fee Structure Purpose: In keeping with the Library’s mission to offer a welcoming place for community interactions, Fayetteville Free Library meeting rooms are available for use by groups for informational, educational or cultural meetings and programs. Use of the Library meeting rooms does not imply endorsement by the library staff or Trustees of the viewpoint presented.
Room Seating Capacity:The Fayetteville Free Library has the following spaces available by reservation for group meetings.
Available Equipment (fees apply to ALL groups): Lectern No charge Screen No charge Wireless Internet Access No charge Laptop computer $25/unit VCR & Monitor $20 DVD & Monitor $20 Projection equipment $50 Kitchen facilities $25 Piano $25 Cleaning: There is a $25 charge if any food or drink are served. Set Up: There is a $25 charge if any room set up is required. Meeting Room Fee Structure:For non-profit organizations, there is no fee to reserve a room. For all groups other than non-profits the hourly rates are as follows: Small meeting room or partitioned community room (max. capacity 50): Rate per hour Time Length $75 1-2 hours $100 2-6 hours $300 whole day rental Full community room (capacity 200) Rate per hour Time Length $100 1-2 hours $150 2-6 hours $350 whole day rental For More Information or to Reserve a Room:
